Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) is highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to manage campaigns from start to finish. He/she is a tech-savvy and creative individual who knows what is trending online. This person is an excellent communicator—visually and verbally—who can produce high-end graphics as well as write for different needs, audiences, and platforms. The DMS understands where and how to publish online materials for the greatest reach, traffic, and conversion. And he/she is equipped to analyze campaign results and adjust future efforts accordingly.


  • Help manage a number of social media accounts in several industries
  • Help create a clear, strategic plan for the growth of social media accounts
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, blogs, SEO initiatives, email blasts, and website pages
  • Produce static and animated graphics for social media platforms, websites, and digital channels
  • Ensure all social media marketing materials are on-brand and meet guidelines
  • Schedule and publish content through the social media dashboard
  • Publish graphics and content to web site pages
  • Maintain and monitor Google Business accounts
  • Manage the social media publishing calendar ensuring that content is consistently scheduled on all platforms
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Monitor online reviews and mentions, and notify representatives of those that need urgent attention
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Stay up to date on trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
  • Compile and analyze customer survey responses
  • Monitor, record, and re-purpose user-generated content from various communities
  • Create and maintain various content libraries


  • Social Media Marketing – 1 year


  • Knowledge of Facebook Business/Ad managers
  • Experience writing content for various content needs
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Canva, or other design/editing software
  • Knowledge of Social Media Management Publishing Tools
  • Experience using web site platforms like Wordpress and/or DotNetNuke
  • Experience with Google Ads (search and display)
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon Sponsored Ads a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere a plus

Work Location: Remote opportunity, but candidate must be a resident of Erie county PA
